Refund policy

Exchanges

We only replace items under warranty if they arrived damaged, or are defective within 1 year of purchase.

To be eligible for a return please send us an email at info@mcleanangling.co.nz. We will respond to your request within 10 working days. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
